All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the Providers. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your booking details, including names, dates, destinations, and payment information.

Payments must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods listed on our website. Bookings are not guaranteed until payment is received and confirmed.

4. Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies vary depending on the Provider and the fare type selected. Certain fares may be non-refundable or subject to significant cancellation fees.

You may request changes to your booking; however, all changes are subject to availability and applicable fees. Globe Go Trip LLC will assist with change requests but does not guarantee approval by the Provider.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the Provider's terms and may take up to 30 business days to reflect.

5. User Responsibilities

• Comply with all travel regulations, including visa, passport, vaccination, and health requirements
• Review all booking confirmations and documents for accuracy
• Arrive at the airport or destination on time

Globe Go Trip LLC is not responsible for missed flights, denied boarding, or other issues arising from your failure to meet travel requirements.

We may charge service fees for processing bookings, changes, cancellations, or support services. These fees will be disclosed during the booking process and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

• Delays, cancellations, or schedule changes by Providers
• Provider service failures or misconduct
• Force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, strikes)

Our liability is limited to the amount paid to us for the relevant booking.
