By purchasing any travel product or service from Globe Go Trip, you agree that the total price quoted at the time of booking is final and non-refundable, including any applicable taxes, surcharges, and fees. Once you confirm your purchase, the airline ticket(s) and related services are final, non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be modified, except where permitted by the applicable Supplier.
In the event that you dispute a charge with your credit card provider or initiate a chargeback for any transaction related to services or products provided by Globe Go Trip, the following conditions apply:
You agree that by purchasing products and/or services from us, you are fully responsible for any valid charges made on your credit/debit card, including the total quoted price at the time of booking.
In the event of a chargeback, Globe Go Trip reserves the right to impose a fee for handling the chargeback process. This fee may include administrative costs and legal expenses incurred by Globe Go Trip to resolve the chargeback issue. The fee may be up to $100 USD per chargeback case, in addition to the original cost of the disputed charge.
In the event that a chargeback is initiated, you agree that the sole remedy available will be to file a lawsuit according to the jurisdiction specified in these Terms. You agree to cooperate with Globe Go Trip and provide relevant documentation to resolve the matter amicably.
If a chargeback is found to be invalid or if you are determined to have violated these Terms, you will be responsible for all additional costs incurred, including legal fees, charges, and processing fees, in addition to any applicable Supplier penalties.
Booking Confirmation: After booking an airline ticket or travel service through Globe Go Trip, you will receive a confirmation email with your itinerary details. It is your responsibility to review the confirmation details carefully, including the names of all passengers, dates, times, and travel locations. If any discrepancies are found, contact us immediately.
Payments must be made in full using an accepted payment method (e.g., credit/debit card, bank transfer, etc.). You agree to provide accurate payment details and ensure that sufficient funds are available to cover the cost of your purchase.
After purchasing travel products and services through Globe Go Trip, your bookings are considered final and non-refundable unless otherwise specified by the applicable Supplier’s terms and conditions.
For certain services, Globe Go Trip may charge service fees, which are disclosed at the time of booking. These fees are non-refundable.
Cancellation and modification requests must be made in writing at least 72 hours before your scheduled departure. However, fees may apply depending on the Supplier’s cancellation or modification policies.
All cancellations, modifications, or refund requests are subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable Supplier. These policies may vary by Supplier, and Globe Go Trip is not responsible for the fees or penalties imposed by the Supplier.
You will not receive a monetary refund for cancellations or modifications unless explicitly permitted by the applicable Supplier’s terms. In most cases, you may receive a travel credit valid for future bookings, less any applicable Supplier fees.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the necessary travel documents, such as passports, visas, re-entry permits, and any health-related documentation required for travel. If you do not meet the entry requirements, you may be denied boarding, and no refunds or compensation will be provided by Globe Go Trip. Any fines or penalties imposed by authorities due to insufficient documentation are your sole responsibility.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Globe Go Trip will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or damages resulting from flight delays, cancellations, or other disruptions beyond our control. Our liability will be limited to the amount paid by you for the specific travel service or product in question.
All travel products and services are subject to the published terms and conditions of the respective Suppliers, including baggage fees, schedule changes, and eligibility for upgrades or discounts. Globe Go Trip does not control these policies, and any adjustments made by Suppliers are beyond our control.
In the event of any dispute or legal action related to your use of Globe Go Trip services, you agree to resolve such disputes exclusively in the courts located in [Your Jurisdiction]. The laws of [State/Country] will govern these Terms.
